They arrived a bit late but called and let me know about it. It was a large job, unloading a PODS container and a large storage room. They were good workers and got the job done quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help moving.

They were late each time. Tha dark haired guy was nice polite and worked hard as the blonde guy took smoke breaks drink breaks lazy as all get out! They turned our Ac down to 50 I’m sure it was the blonde headed one! They came had to leave and weren’t even Finnished with our job but ended up coming back 7 + hrs later n kept us up until after 3:30. We ended up finishing up the job bc they were breaking our things and wanting to take breaks even though the blonde headed guy took his sweet time by doing nothing! Then we had them back to unload and they same thing! Slow Slow Slow so we ended up just having them put our boxes in the garage and they were everywhere and smashed! My husband was so upset and just wanted them out! I try to do good reviews and I did give them a good one hoping they would be better when they returned but it wasn’t better at all. The dark headed guy did 95% of the job himself n I felt bad that he had to work with the lazy one and some bad language came out of the blonde head mouth! Just telling the truth now wish I had waited or let their boss know the truth when I talked to him but they were in the room and I didn’t want anything else to go bad but it did!

Although the men were extremely nice the service provided was the worst experience I’ve had. I pre paid for three hours and the came and left in 30mins. No money was refunded. The POD i had wasn’t huge but it had enough room for more things. They just put things there with no rhyme or pattern for max occupancy and barely fit just furniture and ZERO boxes. I ended up having to rent an entire other POD and a personal pull behind U-Haul. It made my move extremely more stressful and money was wasted.

Cody and Colton were very respectful in calling to let us know that they were running late. They handled our belongings like they were there own! Packed truck in this hot weather and going up n down 17 steps to get our things on the truck we rented! Thank You for your hard work Guys. Definitely would use them for a job again!

The Clay and Jamie were a little early, professional, and efficient. My only complaint is that they could have done a better job packing the pod. There were gaps left in the pod and more items could fit inside.
