First, Cherie the young lady that handles the calls and sets everything up was a pure joy to deal with. She is very polite and goes above and beyond to help her customers. I love love love her. Then the guys Kelvin and Nathan were, in my daughters words " The BOMB" they arrived before the truck did, waited paitiently and still finished the job before the 2 hours was up and we had a lot of stuff. Two movers came and they made quick work of unloading and moving my items from the POD upstairs (with no elevator) to my apartment. They had 2 hand trucks and carefully loaded my items. Nothing was scratched or damaged. The one mover who loaded into the apt. was overly courteous and asked where to place the items. They came, did their job quickly, safely and professionally and left. What more could I want.

Showed up 45 minutes late. 2 of thew 4 SMOKED. I paid for their smoke breaks too! They charged me for an extra hour because they are not efficient. The guy in charge was the only one strong enough OR even qualified to do the job. I know it must be hard to find help, but 2 of the 4 guys (the smokers) have never moved anyone before. They were terrible and looked like he just picked them up on the way. The one guy was so great I hate to leave a bad review, but the other guys were picking up boxes marked fragile and turning them upside down! Who can't walk with a box facing right side up??? I moved over the course of 2 weekends and had 4 groups of movers help. All but these were very organized, fit and on time hustlers. These were the only ones that I truly regret. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR MY WHOLE FAMILY. Everything broken from this move is a result of this moving company.
