Showed up 45 minutes late. 2 of thew 4 SMOKED. I paid for their smoke breaks too! They charged me for an extra hour because they are not efficient. The guy in charge was the only one strong enough OR even qualified to do the job. I know it must be hard to find help, but 2 of the 4 guys (the smokers) have never moved anyone before. They were terrible and looked like he just picked them up on the way. The one guy was so great I hate to leave a bad review, but the other guys were picking up boxes marked fragile and turning them upside down! Who can't walk with a box facing right side up??? I moved over the course of 2 weekends and had 4 groups of movers help. All but these were very organized, fit and on time hustlers. These were the only ones that I truly regret. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR MY WHOLE FAMILY. Everything broken from this move is a result of this moving company.

It was a very short work effort . They were careful and very pleasant group. They were on time and would use them again. Only I would say to hire a helper should have better rates for short time jobs. Less than an hour. This jo took 20 minutes at the most.

Horrible horrible horrible. Damaged items, had attitude. Made me feel very uncomfortable. After they left I hired a different company to come unload and reload as my items were packed so poorly. HIREAHELPER was not helpful either- just told me to use their services to hire another company and all I could do was fill out some complaint. Lots of money just to get the job done right. So sad, moving is stressful anyway and this made it worse. Please dont use Smooth movers and wouldnt recommend hire a helper as when things go wrong they certainly DO NOT HELP fix it.

These guys are the BEST. TRUE PROFESSIONALS! They worked exceedingly hard and didn't flinch at handling unruly/large furniture and appliances. They used every square inch of space to fit my 3br condo into a 20 foot truck. In fairness of disclosure, a small cheap picture frame was broken during unpacking, but I fully accept the blame for not renting a larger truck, which forced us to stack items to the very top. The only thing i would change is renting a larger truck to make it easier on everyone involved. A+ for the Smoothest Movers in the ATL
