The 2 gentleman that came were awesome and worked hard, but my request and money paid for 3 people. I had a trailer to unload and I know that takes at minimum 3 people to have a sufficient plan. In the last 30 to 40 min they sent 2 more men one was actively helping the other had attitude. My hopes was that they would give us more time in place of only sending 2 men that were already exhausted from a previous job but they may have allowed them to work about 30 more minutes but again these men were tired. I do wish the moving companies will be upfront on their availability and ability because I could have reschedule for a day when they had enough men to unload the trailer. They were able to move all the big stuff so I am thankful to the hard work the 2 gentleman did. But because they were not working with 3 men the whole time it left a wall of items that I had to get after paying someone else to do the job.

Loading the truck was the only task they done. package were chipped and wood furniture was not handled right. Discussed with them to unload the truck between 3-4 and never showed up. No happy with the service

They were very unprepared, did not work hard, and were not respectful of my belongings. I honestly wish we had gotten anyone but them, I hope no one has the same experience we did.

Very polite and respectful. They worked hard and efficiently. My only reason for not giving 5/5 stars is because one gentleman moved a rather large piece of furniture (cubed shelving unit) by rolling it up the ramp rather than waiting for his coworker, even after my relative asked him to wait for his coworker. The shelf ended up breaking. I also would have liked them to use both hands rather than one when moving boxes labeled "fragile". However, when I pointed out very old and fragile pieces of furniture, they were very careful in handling those, which I appreciate.
