They called to check in and keep me updated on their status on the morning of the move. They were packing a moving container for me. They worked hard the whole time and were very efficient. Both movers were knowledgeable about how to pack my things so that it would not move during the move. I felt like my things were in great hands.

That says it, HORRIBLE and I am still furious. We were unfortunate to get the owner, Shawn. HE DID NOT FINISH THE JOB!!! It was advertised that overtime was an option. We scheduled for 2 hours and near the end of the 2 hours he tells me I have 5 minutes. Since there were a number of boxes left I asked what his overtime rate was and he said he couldn't stay because he had 2 more jobs that day. This is so typical of a Miami contractor types that over schedules and under delivers! My wife and I are in our 60's, I have a bad shoulder, a bad back and a fusion in my big toe. When he left he told me we didn't have that much left to load. It took two hours for my wife and I to load everything that remained, when it would have probably taken them only a half an hour. This caused a domino affect because PODS somehow was mis-scheduled and arrived to pick up a day early. Had he finished the job, we would have been on time to let them pick it up. As it turns out, we suffered a 3 day delay in scheduling the drop off at the destination. LIVID! Also, when he arrived, he was very rude. I had sketched a scaled drawing for the placement of all of the hard goods. He said, "no let me do this", I said, "I want it done my way, I have my reasons", which was simply organizing so the offload was easier. I also asked him to load a number of boxes into the entertainment center that should be set in the back of the unit. However, he did not do that and blocked the doors so that the empty space could not be filled up inside. We almost did not have enough room to load the balance. This is SO MIAMI in regards to customer service. For the life of me, I can't understand how he gets 4 1/2 stars. It must be his other workers because my stepdaughter said their crew was very good.
U don’t deserve any service and I will alert the unloaders to wear a hazmat suit
