Overall, they did a good job, they showed 15 minutes late due to inclement weather, but he called me and updated about the arrival time. They had some tools which helped a little. Indeed they worked hard, in about two hrs they completed the main job which was to load the POD. Since I had hired them for three hrs, I asked him to help me loading a truck and he said that he was hired to load a POD only. After I mentioned that I have paid for three hrs, he help me to finish the truck. They were trying to finish soon, I had to asked them to take care of my wood floors.. I will hire them anyway.

Movers arrived 20 mins after the back of the arrival window; however, the movers were great. They worked quickly but carefully. They were gentle with my belongings and also nice people. I would use them again if ever needed.

Three things got damaged and still they charged me 1.5 hrs extra and just said sorry about my items. No decency t reduce the overtime spent on the site.
