Second time using this company. First time was great!! This time, not so much. Scheduled time was 8-9 am. Only one guy showed up slightly on time (915 am). Other person was sleeping. Company had to find a second person and he arrived an hour later (1030 am). That’s when the time SHOULD have started since the first guy was not able to do a lot. They ended around 1215 and supervisor called and said that I would be charged for the extra hour. Are you kidding me?!?! Contacted Hireahelper and they said that I can either keep the amount that was charged or they can reduce the rate and still add the extra hour which would total about $5 more than my original. Are y’all kidding me?!?! Thank goodness we’re not moving again because this was the WORST experience I got from you guys.

Guys showed up 2 hours late and we're not guys shown or described in reviews. They didn't follow my request to load the couch first. They rushed to load my belongings Then, unload to reload couch so their wasA large section of unused space, packed in by other items. Also, I received pushback on how to protect my belongings for a cross country move. They were hired to pack the pod, not tell me how I do not need to protect and secure my belongings. I understand they worked their best. At the same time, the details for packing a pod were missed, in the end I was forced to load my vehicle with belongings that should have been loaded in the pod.
