The most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever worked with. I reserved the elevators (for $400) from 1230-4PM to move into my 2-bedroom condo in Miami, and booked Cartier to meet me at 1230PM. They called around 1215 to ask me if they could come a little later around 130PM, that they were still at a job, and I said no problem. Around 2PM, I called the movers but there was no answer, because they had not arrived. Upon calling the company, the coordinator said he would get in touch with the movers right away and call me back, but he never did. When I called him back 20mins later, he stated he was looking to find other movers, and that they would be there by 245. When I called back at 3, he said they would be 15mins away. Then the movers finally called me at 330 to let me know they could make it by 415. At that point, my elevator reservation was completed and I had moved the majority of my furniture up on my own with my husband. I cannot imagine if this happened to someone who didn't have another person there to help them move me in. They were incredibly unprofessional and terrible communicators, consistently telling me they were coming when they were not. I would HIGHLY recommend you go with a different company, these men do not deserve your service.
