They were on time, ready for work, and worked hard. There were marks on new tile flooring from the hand carts. We still have one issue and unsure who took our 5 boxes the loaders or the unloaders from our truck. What is missing, 3 Xbox game boxes and 2 family photo's boxes. I guess you should always have one person at the truck to watch at all times.
It’s seems as though there is a series of concerns that have not been addressed. Handtrucks have rubber tires, so we’re confused as to how there would be marks on tiles. You were with the crew the entire time of the move! What is not appreciated is the insinuation of theft. NO ONE from Pack-Man Moving Services would EVER take anything from one of our clients. That is something we will not tolerate. It seems as though there are things that you wanted to address and instead of contacting HireAHelper or contacting Pack-Man, you instead leave a horrible review that can be seen as defamation. We’ve moved hundreds of clients, many of which are repeat clientele. Instead of you trying to smear our reputation with your unfounded LIES, I guess you should really research who indeed took your belongings. All the best!

Fantastic movers! They were on time, courteous and professional. They were gentle with our items and made sure they were packed appropriately in the truck. They finished in the estimated amount of time. Levi, the supervisor, was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

My movers, Kade & Miquel, were fantastic! They arrived promptly on time, walked through my apartment with me to see what needed to be moved, and then got to work! They packed everything in my POD expertly with a little room to spare for me to place a few last things myself.
They were very careful and respectful of all of my property and were able to manage it easily down my two flights of stairs.
I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in this area who is looking for kind, respectful hard workers! Definitely a well priced moving service that is worth 5 stars!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
What types of moves have you handled?
The team has handled residential, commercial, on-site moves, assistance with moving heavy delivered item from delivery truck to inside the home, help with installing heavy granite countertops, load/unload/packing- just to name a few!
