Fantastic job! Polite, courteous, friendly, and hard working! All furniture was handled as if it was their own! Couldn’t be more impressed with this team. Packing of truck was perfect and everything arrived safely with not one bit of damage whatsoever! Highly recommend these professionals for loading a truck!

The helpers arrived on time with smiles and were very polite and willing to work. They had shrink wrap with them they took their time they moved everything was cautioned not to damage the items or the buildings no complaints whatsoever only praises. If I am ever crazy enough to move again I would definitely request these helpers and I will call Pac-Man moving services.

I am absolutely pleased with the service I received from Levi and his partner. They came on-time & prepared to get the job done. The 2 men wrapped my furniture & packed it into my PODS like pros. They’re very professional & efficient which made my experience easier as this was my 1st time using movers. I can go on & on about how pleased I was with the service but you get the point. I will definitely be using them again!

Booked the day before my move and the two gentleman did an excellent job! They were very friendly, efficient, and professional. I rented a Pod and the knew exactly how to pack the container so nothing would break. Additionally, the wrapped all of my furniture so the pad would move around in transit. Would highly recommend!!

They arrived within their window which was very important to the driver, Levy. they didn't even stop for lunch because he wanted to be on-time. They hustled and got the truck unpacked and even had time to put together our dining table and bed frame all in 2.5hrs. We had reserved them for 4 hours and their bio said they'd refund one hour. We did have to call HireAHelper to get that done as Pac Man charged us for the full 4. Perhaps we did something wrong when we finalized the call for payment - but all is good. I would recommend them as they did a great job and all were respectful and careful.

The two movers that arrived were very helpful, thought it was a little disheartening that neither worked for Pack-Man Moving due to scheduling conflicts. I didn't mind necessarily, but a call to let us know the movers would've been helpful.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
What types of moves have you handled?
The team has handled residential, commercial, on-site moves, assistance with moving heavy delivered item from delivery truck to inside the home, help with installing heavy granite countertops, load/unload/packing- just to name a few!
