These guys were great. The only slight negative was that they were a bit late, but Ed called me an hour before to let me know and checked in two other times with updates. Moving jobs are tough to predict so any mover will be late at times. We had a heavy all wood cabinet to move and these guys brought it upstairs with no marks on the walls and no damage. It was VERY heavy. They were respectful and careful and did a great job. I will use them again.

I hired 4 people for 4 hours.
A man and woman showed up first. After one hour of barely moving, the woman left and returned 3 hours later. About the 3rd hour, 2 young men arrived very late. One just had a COVID test and the other one was not in good physical condition. Only one person worked while the others watched. Only 1/2 of the truck was full after 6 hours. Very slow and would barely talk to me. Pathetic to pay them $800. Hire a helper didn’t care about the poor quality or their lack of effort
From the customers issues. Hireahelper made the correct decision of paying us for completing the job order. Please read several of our reviews. 2 of the same guys on this job worked a 4 hour job the next day. We received a great review. We strive on great customer service and hard work.

My favorite part about being a mover is. To see the satisfaction and excitement on a customers face. After there home is packed, loaded or unloaded.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide training. On how to lift furniture and boxes safely. Also to be cautious of walls and tight spaces by having great verbal communication with each team member. I do training on customer service as well.
