All of the guys on my job were super nice and courteous! They were every efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend!

Were they on time? No. Showed late then did not have proper ID to get onto base. This pushed the 4 hour job into a rainy evening which only allowed for 2 work hours. Arranged for early morning start the next day to complete job and showed late again (by 2 hrs).
Were they prepared for the job? Yes
Did they work hard? Yes, they did a very good job loading.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Minor damage to large furniture but they were respectful.
Would you use them again? Unlikely.

The crew that showed up was very respectful and were hard workers. Only 3 of 4 showed up. They were loading two Pods for me. The first one was done very well. It was 90% boxes. The second pod was mostly furniture. On the surface it looked good, however once I looked closely there was quite a bit just thrown in. A bedframe piece was just sitting on top of the pile not strapped down. It surely would have caused a lot of damage during transport. Metal lawn chairs were up against uncovered wooden dining room chairs. Damage would have occurred during transport. I had to pull 1/3 of the items out, wrapped them in blankets, return them and tie them down to prevent damage. I would not use them again.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is. To see the satisfaction and excitement on a customers face. After there home is packed, loaded or unloaded.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide training. On how to lift furniture and boxes safely. Also to be cautious of walls and tight spaces by having great verbal communication with each team member. I do training on customer service as well.
