Our crew, Noe and Jacob arrived precisely on time and kept up a busy pace loading and unloading the heaviest part of our household. They were efficient and friendly and made that part of our move as pleasant as possible. My only regret was underestimating how much stuff we had to move and not booking them for another 2 hours since another load our two on our U Haul truck was required which we had to do on our own. Thanks for your help.

The moving team called ahead of time asking if it was ok for them to come earlier since they were done with the previous job a head of time and let us know ETA. They had all needed for the move with them. We packed all our stuff our self so they were helping us load and unload, but if there was something they considered needed to be wrapped more, they did so and asked before doing it. They were very respectful and polite and there were no sitting down or slacking. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

We recently hired Bay Area Movers to help rearrange furniture in our home and move packed boxes into the garage as we were preparing our house to go onto the market. We had an excellent experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this company! The movers called me when they were on their way with an estimated time of arrival. They were prompt and arrived within the 1 hour window I had scheduled. The two movers were friendly and eager to work! There were very helpful in organizing our garage to maximize storage space - thank you, thank you! I even asked them to disassemble and reassemble a baby crib and rocking chair - they did this flawlessly and under record time. True professionals and great service!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up in uniform, ready to work. We come with the equipment needed to move your items around. We go over paperwork and do a walk through to get a idea of the layout. Then we get to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For a smooth productive moving day we reccomend: Finish packing before moving day( If you didn't get Full service) Label the boxes with their intended destination. Always tell the movers or label the box clearly if something is fragile. Make sure they have easy, hassle-free access. Don’t pack heavy items in large boxes. Empty your drawers, armoires, and desks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a wide range of moves including local, long distance moves, offices/ commercial moves and government/military moves. We have been to 44 states during our time doing long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have 2 favorite parts when it comes to moving. The 1st favorite is the providing solutions to someone during stressful and chaotic times. Secondly is the challenge of loading items, and the game of tetris that comes with it.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers on proper lifting techniques, proper loading techniques, and the many ways to protect furniture as well as protecting the floors, walls, and doorways of the house.
