James and his helpers did an excellent job. What James does very well was to manage to pack everything neatly into the shell.
Hardworking, Focused and detail oriented is the way I would describe the work. And he is friendly and worked well with our work. The whole team was punctual and worked hard throughout their time.

I had spoken/text with the owner several times as this was planned over a month out. I thought I was getting 3 professional, trained movers. I received one lead person, his young son and the son's friend. He commented that it was not going to take 6 hours to empty the POD. According to the Lead, the owner had never communicated that I wanted my storage POD emptied, help to unpack/unbox and set up the home. That is why I booked 6 hours instead of 3. They knew nothing about it. The Lead person was not feeling well and shared some health problems and that he needed his medicine but it took 1 hr and 45 mins to get to my location. I had to keep giving the younger ones instructions and they were not professional movers at all and it was rough. I had a concern about the Lead's situation that I won't put here and felt that I needed to get them out and gone so I told them we were done just after 3 hours. The Lead looked very ill and stated that I needed to contact Hire A Helper for payment and that he would go back in the house with me. I told him I would do it on the phone outside by the POD. He stood very close, too close, to watch me enter all the things into my phone to get paid. They left and I had some trash to throw away and saw that they had not put the cardboard in the recycle dumpster but filled up the wrong one and there were boxes left on the ground. I reported this to Hire A Helper & ended up doing more then I needed after they left. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never use them again.

They were on time and very efficient. They were also a lot of fun to work with. We had enough time where they were able to help me assemble some furniture. Highly recommend.

Tony, James and Jimmy did a great job filling my moving van. They were very careful in handling of furniture and boxes. I never realized how import it was to pack the truck as they did.
We traveled 1300 miles in two days and were going up and down mountain passes and in and out of traffic.
We opened the truck door very carefully knowing things would have shifted and everything was just how it was when we closed the door to leave..
The movers who unpacked my truck commented on what a great job they did at the beginning.
Clifton the owner was so kind on the telephone explaining what I would need to have in order for the guys to do their job.
