The movers, once they arrived, were great. They were efficient, careful and courteous. The problem was that the first two, of the four who were scheduled, arrived approximately an hour later than the 8:00 AM scheduled and then only because I contacted the owner wondering where they were. The other two, including the foreman, didn’t arrive for another 45 minutes.
In text exchanges with the owner, it turns out he had scheduled our crew for a 7:00 job that turned out to take a lot longer than they anticipated. While I can understand how that can happen, I would have expected the company to let me know what was happening rather than me having to reach out to them. The owner did apologize.

I thought they packed everything item up securely. My only issued was I hired 4 guys only one pod got loaded & that was on overtime.

They were very professional, fast workers and all were very kind. They were early but jumped right in to help get everything packed and done on time. They were very careful with our things and even dusted where needed. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them on our next move!

This was a fairly straightforward move in that we were moving office furniture into storage PODS during a remodel. The Harris Moving guys did an excellent job. The only hiccup was that they were supposed to bring furniture blankets and didn’t. It turns out they weren’t needed due to the care they used in packing the furniture.
They worked hard and efficiently, were very courteous, made intelligent decisions on how to pack the furniture into the storage units, and completed the job in about one-half the time allotted. I look forward to working with them again.

They were both very kind and efficient. We were impressed by the respect that they showed us. They arrived well before the time we expected them to be there. We even fed them pizza and they ate while they worked. I would recommend them. The lead guy was totally very knowledgeable.
On another not of the Hire a Helper staff, I did not feel prepared for them appropriately. We had to run out and buy straps and tape. Had we known about this ahead of time that it was a requirement, we would have been better prepared. We didn't have enough moving blankets for each piece of future and had to sign a release of liability. That was concerning.
