They patiently waited as I dealt with the annoying technicalities of uhaul. I’ve moved probably over half a dozen times and I must say these were the best I’ve dealt with by far. They left us hanging and waiting for them all day. I called them multiple times and I only got excuses and the run around. I would have preferred they were honest from the beginning, and state they wouldn’t be able to do the job instead of leaving us hanging with nothing all day.
