I scheduled the Go2Guys the day prior to moving. I tried to contact them 15 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time as I hadn’t received any call from them only to have my call go unanswered. I reached out to Hire-a-Helper and then did get a call from the Go2Guys. They informed me they were running a little behind and would be arriving near the end of the hour window or shortly thereafter. To make a long story short, they finally arrived 3 hours 15 minutes later than the original latest time. They did provide 5 workers instead of 2 however they were not all busy all the time. They did the job, although not carefully as some furniture received minor damage. I would use them again in a last minute situation if no better options were available.

Mover's response:

Thank you for your review brian. I apologize if any items were damaged but you did not purchase any furniture pads for us to protect your furniture properly as you were directed by hire a helper to do. But Before you say you would use us again last minute, please do remember you waited till 4:16 pm on a friday night, (the night before you wanted to move) to book a moving company for a Saturday morning move. I told the dispatcher Saturday we are already booked 12 hours, but if there was nobody else available or willing to do it we would head over at the end of the 3500 sq foot house that was already going to take all day. Within minutes the dispatcher called back because it was already last minute. I apologize for our tardiness, and our willingness to drive two hours each way to help you at 930 pm on a Saturday night when you could of had no one to begin with. With all due respect. Thank you for your past business but with an ungreatful attitude you can keep your future business.

The moving crew was absolutely amazing. They were on time, worked hard to make sure everything was placed in and out of the pod with no damage to any furniture or belongings. They went as far as to take pictures from each room so they knew where everything had to be placed after my new carpet was installed. Very impressed!! I will definitely recommend Go2guysmoving to my friends and family. Thank you so much for a job well done :)

They called when they were going to be a little late. They had all the tools required. They started work on arrival and did not stop till the job was done. We would use them again.

My original scheduled time was for 0800 a.m. At 0700 Go2Guys called and asked for a reschedule to 12 p.m., which I agreed to. 12 p.m. and no movers. 1 p.m. no movers. 1:10 a phone call asking for my location and were on the way. Be there in 30 minutes. 1:50 no movers. They finally showed at approx. 2:40, I think. By this time I had moved some of the smaller items from the POD (about 15% of contents). Once they arrived, they worked well and quickly completed the job to my satisfaction. After spending my entire day waiting for this job, I would not use this company for any future moves.
