Showed up on time, very careful with everything, did a great job!!

They worked very hard; however, they brought nothing such as rope, packing tape, or items that were suppose to be brought to assist them in moving. They moved everything by hand which took longer. I am hoping the way the truck is packed makes the 300 mile trip. When I called Hireahelper I was told I had to request the items and they would be provided free of charge. Very misleading advertisement. Would I hire them again probably not.

We moved in on 2.1.19. These two guys were on time, maybe a few minutes early. They were ready to work. They were cheap, so we gave each very big tips (we’re from Vegas, so we tip a lot to everyone)!
Both were professional and did their job. Not even much talking amongst themselves, which I kind of would have preferred. They finished almost the exact minute they were scheduled. And they put our bed together as requested, and it was very well done.
They didn’t break a single thing and didn’t mar a single wall in our condo building. They also didn’t mark up our floors or upholstered furniture.
Furthermore, they were polite and asked before using our bathroom. And finally, we would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. But again, for an expensive city, they were cheap—so tip big!
