These guys were great! We hired Samuel Services to load a Penske truck for an out of state move. Jose & Alice arrived early and worked incredibly hard for 3 hours. They were professional, communicated well and packed the truck perfectly. Everything arrived without issue when we unpacked the truck. Samuel Services is highly recommended!

Excellent work, and I was very pleased. Samuel Services came in and efficiently assisted me with loading my truck in a way which was solid and stable, with all items well-positioned for a lengthy drive from DC to NYC. The way all items were placed in the truck was perfect, with everything secured by rope so that nothing experienced any movement and absolutely no damage during the 4.5 hr move to NYC. I would strongly recommend them!! Thumbs up!

These guys were fabulous! They showed up on time and had tools and supplies to tie in the furniture. They did exactly what I needed them to do and they were very careful with my furniture. I will definitely use them again!

They would not move one heavy item as promised. Very disappointing. They specifically claimed to be able to move items over 400 pounds and my item barely met that. Otherwise they worked well and used reasonable care. However if you have heavy items do not use this company.
