They were excellent! I was a bit concerned because no one called after I made the reservation. I finally called to confirm we were set, but on the day of the move any concerns I had disappeared. The movers arrived promptly and immediately set to work. They looked over what we had, checked out our truck and the path from our apartment and went to work at an incredible speed. They were friendly but very professional and focused on getting the work done quickly and well. They handled our things and packed the truck with great care. The truck was unloaded today after a cross-country trip. They clearly knew how to pack a truck and, as a result, everything arrived in good shape. I would definitely use them again and recommend Samuel Services highly.

The two guys that came were great! They came on time, scoped out the job, and then started packing. They were extremely nice and worked diligently to get everything packed and organized in the 2 hour timeframe. I would consider hiring them again and work specifically with these two gentlemen. They were really awesome.

Walter and Javier were very qualified and very professional. This is the first time I have used this service and I wasn't sure how to gauge the time needed to pack the truck I rented. I booked 3 hours just to be sure there was enough time, but we only needed 1 hour. If your service is to be used properly and referred to others there has to be a better way of estimating the time needed to do the job. I over estimated because I didn't have any other backup to do the job.Please let me know how you handle this type of issue.Thank you, Duncan
