These guys were on time and worked their tail off for two plus hours. Carlos was amazing!!! A 17' truck wasn't available so I had to rent a 15' truck. He made it all fit with 6" to spare. I can't say enough about these guys. They were a God send for me. Well worth the money!!!!!!!

Arrived on time and started working right away. I had two people to help load and unliad the truck as the move was only 3 miles away. One of them was excellent. Worked really hard and was an expert at organizing the truck. The other guy was ok, but He often times was on his phone or carrying the lighter stuff, and he also dropped a night stand causing some damage. The difference in performance was reflected in the tips I gave each of them. All in all, they did a good job and finished on time and the entire experience was easy. Thank you.

The two gentlemen who came were to help us unload several storage pods and a moving truck were amazing. They did not stop! They unloaded everything in under two hours. They were careful with our stuff and did not hurt anything or our new home. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very speedy, took exactly how long we thought it would. They brought their own dolly's and straps to tie down inside the truck. No damage to any walls or anything inside the new house. They even blocked off space for me to change lanes in my huge uhal while on the road. Reasonable price too. I say use these guys for sure.

I can't say enough good things about Samuel Services. They were on time, and I was a little worried because there were only 2 guys and they were moving 2 bedrooms worth of stuff up 4 flights of stairs.. but they were unbelievably quick (2.5 hours for loading at the storage unit and moving everything up 4 stories). Everything was handled very professionally, with nothing broken or damaged. The only thing I would cauRion against is, they don't refund if you book too many hours (I booked for 4 hours because of previous moving experience) so I would definitely use them in the future but book them for the minimum and then just have theno charge me when I exceed that. Other than that, super impressed and definitely will use them again!

This move could not have gone better. Jose and his helper were very hard workers. They arrived early and helped us get set up. We had a very small window of time, and they were blazing fast and efficient. We had everything loaded in under the 2 hour time frame. I highly recommend Samuel Services and HireAHelper for assistance with a move. This was an outstanding experience for us.
