The 2-man crew arrived on time, and went to work immediately. They were considerate and polite and very well prepared for the job.
The team never stopped working until they were done - very impressive. When they starting loading the furniture and packed boxes into the PODS unit, they thought carefully about how to best load everything to make the best use of the limited storage space.
I am very pleased with Samuel Services and will hire them again!

Their attitude was decent until we talked about when they would leave. The day before Wualter called me and said they would be at the place I was moving from between 1:30PM and 2:00PM. They showed up at 1:00PM and had an attitude, trying to tell me he never said between 1:30PM and 2:00PM. I went to pick up the rental truck at 1:00PM and was back in plenty of time for them to start at 1:30PM. They said they were only staying until 5:00PM because they showed up at 1:00PM. They were relatively careful with my belongings, but they were rushing me and had an attitude. When we (my brother was helping me) tried to reach out to their company, he was treated rudely and hung up on. To top all that off, they didn't even stay until 5:00PM, they left at 4:45PM. They tried to say they were finished, but I could have used their help until at least 5:00PM. I released the payment because I wasn't sure what else to do. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I'm a little leery of using your service again because of them.

They are really amazing! Arrived on time, super-efficient and professional. They brought their own dollies, which turned out to be really necessary and more useful than the one we rent. We were merging things from two different apartments, and they even helped us rearrange the furnitures that were already in the U-Haul to make more space for things from the 2nd apartment. I will certain use their service again.

The movers were right on time and very courteous. They worked very hard while they were here. What took two guys and at least two hours to move me across the hallway a year ago, took these movers 45 minutes to move me down the hallway and up two flights of stairs. And they didn't nick a thing. I would recommend Samuel Services to anyone.
