Jorge and Jose arrived during the agreed time and went immediately to work. I was concerned that the POD wouldn't take everything . Those 2 got not only all my inside stuff on but they also got my picnic table in there! It was an impressive job!

Jose and Jorge were great! They were on time, professional, and fast! They moved my one bedroom in 4 hours, that including a 20 minute travel time and 30 minute wait at the new apartment (there were some difficulties gaining access). They were very nice and friendly and even helped me remove my TV that was still mounted on the wall. Will definitely use Samuel Services in the future!

They 2 guys were outstanding. They arrived on time, were ready to go to work. I had a lot of heavy items that needed to be arranged in an enclosed trailer. I had a plan and they did a great job loading the trailer. Would definitely use them again. Richard

We wanted to have them come as early as possible, but they said they couldn't come until 10:30. They called the day before and asked to come at 8:30 which really made us happy. My husband thought we would need more than 4 hours to unpack and scheduled another 2 hours, but they were done in 3.5 hours- including getting the gun safe thru a very small basement door (at no extra cost!). They did not damage any items and only 1 or 2 mild scratches on the wood floors, which we can easily fix. We hope to use them again in a few weeks, when we get more of our stuff out of a large storage facility.

Both service men were extremely kind, worked very hard and the job was complete within the two hours we expected. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would certainly hire them again.

Great guys. Showed up on time, made sure everything was wrapped and squeezed as much as they could in the pod. I had already started packing my other pod and they repacked it a little to make sure both pods were full to capacity. They worked hard and stayed until both pods were full. Would totally recommend them and use them again!
