I scheduled on Friday for the following Monday at 10am. They called to confirm, and showed up 10 minutes early. After a brief explanation of what I needed, they obtained their equipment and began working. The work entailed moving heavy furniture down stairs and around tight corners, and they did a magnificent job. Whenever they were unsure, they asked rather than assuming what I wanted, and they completed the task within 2 hours to my complete satisfaction. Nothing was damaged in any way. I would absolutely use them again. I couldn't have been more pleased!
