I hired Samuel Services to assist a tenant's move out. My tenant said they showed up on time, were willing to do pretty much anything, and was extremely satisfied with their help.

I would definitely use Samuel Services again. Walter and Angel showed up 5 minutes early and began packing the truck right away. We had reserved them for 4 hours, and they were done in 2 and a half. It was 90 degrees outside and they just never stopped working! They packed up our truck very efficiently, so we had a lot of space left over and nothing shifted during the drive. They were extremely professional and polite, and I highly recommend their moving services.

Traffic delayed my loaders by about an hour, but once they arrived they were quick, courteous, friendly, and professional. I live on a third-floor walk-up, and there are three turns in my stairs (one of them quite nasty); my heavy furniture nonetheless made it safely outside and was lashed securely into a Relocube--all in under two hours. I would use or recommend the folks at Samuel Services again with enthusiasm and without hesitation.

They were unbelievably good!!!! There was a miscommunication and I only had two men for two hours, but I couldn't believe what they accomplished in two hours. And it was nearly a 100 degree day in Baltimore. I would hire them again in a heartbeat AND recommend them to everyone I know.

These guys busted their butts in 95 degree heat., didn't damage a thing, and had a positive attitude about everything. They showed up on time, they were professional, they were friendly, and man! did they know how to pack a truck! I was originally going to get friends to help me move, but after one of my friends got inhured in a motorcycle accident, I had to make other plans. Well, this experience forever changed me, and I'll probably always use these guys if I ever move again. The service was well worth the cost. Thanks to Herbie and Jose for a job well done!

Jose and his associate from Samuel Services were amazing! They were on-time, professional, and got the job done well. They went above and beyond in their efforts to pack up my POD (which was not at all easy with the amount of stuff I had, it was a puzzle figuring out how to get it all in and they pulled it off).
