The helpers were on time, courteous and very diligent. They handled 2 very heavy pieces of furniture on the stairs with great care. They didn't leave any marks on the freshly painted walls either. I was very impressed in general. I had never used this service before but it worked out really well. Highly recommend this service.

Jose and Miguel arrived early, and were planning on waiting in their car until the agreed-upon appointment time. I waved them on in right then, since I was ready for them. They were polite, professional, friendly, and eager to get started. As they moved furniture up and down the stairs, and from room to room, they were very careful not to hit walls (and anything else). Anything I asked them to do, they were good about (attitude and ability). I hired them for 2 hours, and they finished in 1 hour; then they asked if there was anything else they could help with. I would definitely hire Samuel Services again.

The 2 men arrived about 2 minutes before the expiration of the hour-long window arranged for their start, even though I had been assured they would be at my home at noon.
That being said, Jose and Miguel were exceptional workers, never hesitated to do as I asked, and were very polite and professional.
At the end of the 2 hour booking, I asked them if they would be available in the future. One suggested I call him directly and then quoted a per hour per person rate that would be significantly higher (+20% more) than the booking hourly rate I arranged through HireAHelper.com. Interesting!
I was certainly satisfied with the help and their willing attitudes, but rather taken aback by the high-rate level for direct booking. I'll come back to HireAHelper in this case!

They were on time, courteous and worked hard to get done in the agreed time. Very happy with this service and would use it again. I am a single female who move into a 3rd floor apartment. This service made my move much easier.

I was very pleased with these guys. I was running late to meet them and they were very accommodating of my schedule. They met me at the moving site, loaded everything up, followed me to my storage unit, unloaded, and even helped me sort through and stack up my boxes and furniture. They did everything VERY quickly and efficiently and handled all of my stuff very carefully. I really couldn't be more satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and efficient movers.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Samuel Services is the best!! I hired two helpers for moving into DC, and it was the best decision. They were so professional and punctual. Also, they are the hardest working people I've ever seen!! Thank you soooo much, and I would highly recommend Samuel Services to everyone!!

My place was a total mess. The two representitives from Samuel services arived on time exactly as scheduled. Started immediately packing my stuff into boxes. This job would have taken me two weeks to finish and they were done in seven hours. They were extremely light on my stuff and even made a rope out of plastic to tie my stuff in. They did such a good job I gave them a tip.
