The two individuals just started bringing furniture to the truck as fast as possible. They did not assist in securing / wrapping furniture. They also did not allow me time to do it. Poor experience.

Arrived early in the time window. Friendly. Worked quickly. Careful with our stuff. Worked hard taking apart bed frame. Tight fit on the moving truck but they made it all fit.

I hired 2 people for 2 hours to help move my large furniture from my 1 bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of the building. I had family there to help pack the truck we had rented. The men who showed a few minutes early were so efficient, gentle, and respectful. They were able to not only move the large furniture downstairs, which was completed in 40 minutes, but also able to clear out all the boxes I had packed up in an hour and a half. And for a small apartment, I had a lot things to move. They were so efficient, my dad and brothers packing the truck kept commenting on how there was no lag in packing the truck, and could barely keep up with them. They were very cautious, not to damage anything. My family even commented on how wonderful these men were that came to help. We were all so impressed. I would use these guys if I ever needed help again.
