Showed up promptly and after assessing my boxes got immediately to work. Polite, professional and hard working. Only critical concern is they had to 'borrow' my packing tape and plastic wrap to secure moving blankets to furniture. Wasn't expecting that.

Samuel Services did a good job packing my belongings, but I was charged an extra hour and a half and unable to get a refund. And because I didn't know this, I also included a good tip for their 1.5 hours of service. They waked away with close to a $150 dollar tip. Not good business. .
