Overall I am satisfied with the service and they were on time. Only thing was they wasted a little bit of time taking lighter and less bulky items first instead of focusing more on heavy stuff . I will most likely use their services again if needed.

They were 40 minutes late... after the promised hourlong arrival window. I recognize that DC traffic is pretty brutal and unpredictable, but perhaps this could have been factored in more into planning. This forced us to rush to move things into the apartment because the loading dock closed abruptly at 6pm. Given more time, I would have been more thoughtful about where we were moving things in. They did an alright job doing the move: one of them in particular was very energetic. My things were a little nicked and nacked but that was probably also the POD. After moving the things in, I still had about 30 minutes of their time based on the promised two hour window, but I had to ask them to help me set up the bed even though I had specified in the notes section of the request that the bed needed to be built and asked them to bring the tools for it (a screwdriver). They didn't bring the tools for it and we made do with a knife - no big deal. They still left about ten minutes before the two hour period ended. I recognize that this is hard, unpleasant work and they did it quickly and cheaper than the alternatives, but I probably would go with a different service if I could do it again.

Ualter and Victor were flexible with the start time, came early and finished early. They were easy to contact before the move. None of my items were damaged in the move. Ualter has 12 years of experience and it shows - he knows the best way to lift, move, and secure furniture. They also helped reassemble table legs and a bed frame. I would definitely recommend Samuel Services!

Walter is the best! They arrived on time, worked extremely fast, and did anything we asked. Everything was perfectly handled and no single damage was made even on our fragile items. Overall we are very satisfied with their services, definitely will use Samuels Services for future moving in DMV.
