The 2 workers were on time and worked hard to complete the job. They were not always careful with furniture and made no effort to pad the dolly before using it, as previous movers had done. I'm not sure how it happened but I now have a double lateral file cabinet that still remains jammed shut.

Samuel Services arrived on time and they were very efficient. They moved my things with care and made sure they placed things where I wanted them. The moving team was adaptable; they moved things around when I wanted to shift furniture and reassembled furniture with ease. Overall I'm very pleased with Samuel Services and I would highly recommend them!

They did an awesome job. Arrived on time and worked extremely hard and fast. Finished loading a 16 ft container in an hour and a half. I had a one bedroom apt with a lot of stuff. They came prepared with rope and a handtruck. I would recommend them. My only concern for the future is they worked so fast they may have potentially damaged some of my fragile stuff in boxes due to lack of detail.

They arrived exactly on time and worked very efficiently to get the truck loaded. There was 1 armoire that was particularly heavy, and the guys persevered until they got it to the truck.
The only negative part of the experience is that they weren’t as friendly as I’d hoped. But then again, they had a job to do. It might not bother other people at all. For me, I really appreciate a very kind and personable worker. So since that really doesn’t affect the work they did, I’d recommend them.
***Make sure you have lots of blankets and lots of tape!!!
