The crew was sloppy and didn’t take the time to proberly cover the furniture with blankets. I had to ask three times . There was some damage on an antique piece that they denied doing and I lost a box of rare antique pottery. There was also lots of knicks and scratches on other pieces.On a good note, I had to reschedule the time at the last minute and they were kind enough to do that.

They were on time. They started ok then they slowed down to an extremely slow pace. I just had them leave after 4 hours and we finished the job.

The movers were nice and respectful until I noticed my furniture had been hit against the wall multiple times and no one let me know this is brand new furniture that I had delivered by professionals into my home so there should be no marks on it and when I let the manager know he told me that I should have had proper wrapping however professional movers should be able to move furniture without damaging it not to mention I did offer some type of covering for the furniture the movers denied
