On the plus side: The crew was very fast, and two guys managed to fill both of our PODS within four house.
On the downside:
1. They were four hours late
2. The insisted that the second POD was full at the end of the four hour clock and wouldn't add anything else to it. So, after they left, my wife and I had to repack a portion of the POD, and were able to add two bikes, a bike trailer, a table saw, and a SLEEPER SOFA! And, because they were four hours late, we started this process at 5pm rather than 1pm, on the day before we were scheduled to leave town.
So, all things considered, I probably wouldn't use them again.
