They were 30 minutes late and I still give them 5 stars. Crystal from the office kept me updated because the guys were coming from a long distance. She was friendly and very helpful. Three guys came to help me move. They were all polite and friendly. My one year old followed them around everywhere and usually she acts shy. The guys had a lot patience with my daughter (she kept getting in their way). They picked up on her name and would tell her to watch out. It was cute and she would listen to them. Five stars all around. Thank you all so much.
