I definitely recommend Time Machine Load Masters! Everyone was very nice and professional. I was nervous about booking a moving company because I have been burned in the past with the movers not showing up, but Time Machine Moving Masters restored my faith in a moving company. We hired two guys to load and unload since we moved less than a mile away. They were punctual and professional. They busted their rear ends without busting up our stuff in the process. We had some extremely heavy and large pieces (brand new refrigerator included) and I don't think the end result could have been any better. Because we had some difficult items, we went over our time but thankfully they were able to stay longer to complete the job. I would use this team again without question.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After making our initial contact with our customer, it would be our pleasure to do a complimentary walk through, and by gathering a minimal inventory, we can make sure that the customer's moving day gets completed with upmost efficiency.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customer will be met by a professional crew on their big moving day. Coupled with enduring strength, and top-notch communication skills, we will execute detailed service to our customer and their treasured belongings.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always recommend that you have everything boxed up and ready ahead of time as to limit the amount of back-and-forth walking between home and moving container/truck. The less trips we take, the faster The Time Machine goes. We always recommend our customers having rope/tie-downs/straps and blankets/moving pads to assure that all belongings are protected and secured.
What types of moves have you handled?
Over the years, we have loaded and unloaded commercial units of varying sizes, countless residential/local moves, handling the equipment of a gym. We've done cross country moves, including navigating a 26ft truck through New York City. The oldest item we've moved was a 450-year-old door from Spain. You name it, we've probably handled it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making a difference is the most rewarding aspect of this line of work. Hiring movers is a lot like buying a box of chocolates.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On-Site communication. Eating right, staying hydrated, and lifting with proper form. Our crews come with multiple years of well-rounded experience.
