Cameron and Shaun were great! Quick to respond about scheduling, easy to communicate with, they were on time and hustled the whole time and took good care of our items! Will definitely call them again.

The movers showed up late and informed me that they didn't have their tools. The manager came later to assist and brought tools. He had to leave again twice to get more tools to complete the work. I gave instructions for the storage layout and they were not followed correctly. This was a very frustrating experience and I'm concerned about the security of my furniture after this unorganized and unprofessional experience with the movers.
Unfortunately, as it happens so often, we were given little to no details or instruction, even when we asked for it. I was not told that any disassembly was required, even when I asked. So I really just guessed that the issue of disassembly was clear.
My guys should have had the tools necessary to complete any job, and I should have had those tools as well. We did stay a hour late,free of charge, to make sure that your unit was packed and organized in way that will insure a safe arrival. When we left, you told us that you were pleased with our service, and all was forgiven; such examples the duality of man. This is my first one star review, a hit that I have been avoiding for years now, I take this personally, and I will strive to do better.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After making our initial contact with our customer, it would be our pleasure to do a complimentary walk through, and by gathering a minimal inventory, we can make sure that the customer's moving day gets completed with upmost efficiency.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customer will be met by a professional crew on their big moving day. Coupled with enduring strength, and top-notch communication skills, we will execute detailed service to our customer and their treasured belongings.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always recommend that you have everything boxed up and ready ahead of time as to limit the amount of back-and-forth walking between home and moving container/truck. The less trips we take, the faster The Time Machine goes. We always recommend our customers having rope/tie-downs/straps and blankets/moving pads to assure that all belongings are protected and secured.
What types of moves have you handled?
Over the years, we have loaded and unloaded commercial units of varying sizes, countless residential/local moves, handling the equipment of a gym. We've done cross country moves, including navigating a 26ft truck through New York City. The oldest item we've moved was a 450-year-old door from Spain. You name it, we've probably handled it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making a difference is the most rewarding aspect of this line of work. Hiring movers is a lot like buying a box of chocolates.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On-Site communication. Eating right, staying hydrated, and lifting with proper form. Our crews come with multiple years of well-rounded experience.
