Were they on time?
They ran slightly late, but living in the downtown area the maps can cause an issue so that wasn't really a problem.
Were they prepared for the job?
They seemed to have all the tools/equipment needed.
Did they work hard?
They worked fairly consistently, save for a few breaks for water and checking phones. A language barrier made communication hard and they had to talk to me through a translation app.
Were they respectful of your property and goods?
While the laborers were friendly, they did not listen to the requests of myself or my wife. We asked them to prioritize loading furniture and heavy/high value items near the front of the Pod. They did not. They loaded our tough boxes before all the furniture was completely into the Pod, and stacked the heaviest boxes on top which resulted in crushed boxes by the time our move was done. We had to give away/sell our dining room table, coffee table, and a few other goods because they did not get loaded into the Pod. Both of my bookshelves were destroyed during transit because they were not secured snuggly in the pod, and the shelving was past the weight recommendations outlined for the individual shelves. My desk also had notable cosmetic damage because they placed a lot of items on top of the desk.
Would you use them again?
I would not use them again. The laborers themselves were friendly, but their skills at packing and loading correctly/efficiently/mindfully of fragile goods was lacking. To make it worse, the owner of the company tried to claim an extra hour the following day resulting in a HireAHelper call where he said I had to pay for his movers having a hard time finding the location, and that if I didn't pay the extra hour he would just have to take the payment out of his own pocket. It reeked of trying to gouge for an extra hour's worth of labor (which is expensive!)
