My family treasures were well cared for. I definitely recommend having your furniture shrink wrapped, once they put on moving pads and wrap them, your fine wood furniture is well protected from rubbing & scratches. This team knew what they were doing, moved quickly but carefully, and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Definitely would recommend them to friends!

They didn't follow the directions we gave them about the order in which to pack things and packed things we asked them not to so we didn't get everything packed that we wanted and we're going to have to spend a weekend hauling up the last of it ourselves. Other than that, they seemed nice and didn't waste time.

The guys were great. Really friendly, super helpful and kept in touch the day of the move. I am still amazed by how they fit all of our stuff into the two pods. I highly recommend them, and wish we could use them again on the other side but we moved too far.

They were a bit late because they got stuck at the military gate. But, once they arrived (half hour-ish later) they started working the second they showed up and didn’t stop until they were done. They brought 3 guys. I put in for 2 guys and requested they bring dolly & tools (free), plus shrink wrap (paid $25). I also paid for 3 hours, which was pulled the day before the job began (about $325). They finished in 1.5 hrs, I’m so glad that they were fast and friendly. One gripe I have is that they didn’t really use the packing paper for my breakables (plaques, trophies). I didn’t have much as most were clothes and toys, so that was disappointing. it took me to do it while I helped pack. My other issue is that they didn’t pack my container (I had a PODS in my driveway) well enough to ensure there wasn’t much movement. In all fairness, I did get a bigger container than I actually needed, but they should not have stacked my boxes so high. They could’ve done a better job with that! I think if they had specific instructions, they would’ve done an excellent job. Unfortunately, it was just me and I was pressed for time, so I didn’t or couldn’t watch every box they packed. Their non-stop work ethic and nice attitudes earns them a 4 star but packing/stacking/stabilizing my belongings would be a 1 star, so I wouldn’t use them again on that basis!
