Melvin and James contacted me the day before to confirm the date and time. They called me before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. They arrived at the expected time and got right to work. I had arranged for two hours of help and they hit the nail on the head. They were polite and courteous and did a great job packing the POD. Melvin and James exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

I have to say that I was skeptical about using this service. However, they exceeded my every expectation. They arrived on time and were extremely respectful to me and my belongings. It was very hot, but they just kept on moving, only stopping to get a drink. I was very satisfied with my experience and will be using them again!
