Their conduct was entirely unprofessional. While they arrived an hour early, which was advantageous for us, their overall professionalism was unacceptable or absent. It is advisable to exercise caution when considering hiring them.

We sincerely wish we had never assisted with your move, and we hope that in the future, customers like you will avoid our services entirely. Our team puts in tremendous effort to deliver quality work, and it’s infuriating to see that effort wasted through disrespect and blatant misconduct.

While our crew’s professionalism, dedication, and hard work deserve a five-star review, your behavior warrants nothing less than a zero-star rating. Your blatant disrespect, false accusations, racial slurs, and threats are unacceptable. We expect clients to treat our staff with dignity—something you clearly failed to do.

During this move, there were no damages, and everything was placed exactly as requested. The only damage done was to your fragile ego—something we can’t fix. The trouble started when our team declined your father’s offer of $20 to move trash and dog feces-covered items. That’s when you and your father began causing problems, with disrespectful attitudes and false accusations.

This incident was recorded via dash cam. Your lack of preparation, consideration, and outright disrespect—along with the delusional expectation that our crew should hold your hand—are the real issues here. Our team was never unreasonable; they are honest, kind, professional, and simply refused to be exploited.

Frankly, your attempt to lie about our crew’s integrity and your false review are shameful. Our crew simply did their job, and when faced with your antics, they reported the incident. Your conduct, including racial slurs and threats, is inexcusable. You’ve been blocked from future services and reported to authorities.

The community deserves to know the truth: hardworking, honest professionals are not to be taken for granted or disrespected. Our team is made up of men and women with families who serve with integrity. They are not homeless or looking for handouts, nor do they need to bow to customers or be exploited. Trying to lure laborers into working for pennies is despicable. All my guys pass criminal background checks and drug tests—they are true professionals.

And here’s the real question: if our service was so bad, why were my guys there the entire time and completed the job after three hours? If they were so disrespectful to your home, why didn’t you just tell them to leave or call our office? Because this is a lie. Because you needed the work done—and you couldn’t do it yourself. Let’s be frank: you know my guys did a great job for you. We’ll let God deal with your lies against people who helped you my company didn’t charge you a penny more than originally agreed.

Your actions don’t reflect someone who felt threatened. Your actions show someone trying to exploit.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Upon booking, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary of our services and ensure that we have all the necessary information to execute the move smoothly. Our team of experienced movers will arrive promptly on the day of the move, equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. We will handle your belongings with care and ensure that they are safely transported to your new location. If there are any unexpected situations or last-minute changes, we will work with you to find the best solution.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

. Our team will take extra care with fragile items and ensure they are properly wrapped and secured during transport. We will also provide any necessary disassembly/reassembly of items, as well as placement of items in your new location. Throughout the process, our team will communicate with you and address any concerns or questions you may have. Our goal is to make your moving day as stress-free and efficient as possible.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Label all boxes clearly with their contents and the room they belong in. This will help your movers (or yourself) to quickly deliver the boxes to the appropriate room. Additionally, make sure furniture is disassembled as much as possible. Remove drawers and shelves, unscrew legs, and pack any loose pieces in labeled boxes or bags. It's also a good idea to have all your moving supplies (packing tape, bubble wrap, and scissors) in a designated area, so they are easily accessible when needed.

What types of moves have you handled?

In our 15 years of experience we have been responsible for handling thousands of Houston local moves as well as cross country office moves. Some of our previous customers include NASA, T-Mobile Houston Public Library, Houston Astros, Methodist Hospital. Superbowl Houston. Reliant Energy.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

My favorite part about being a mover is helping and being part our customers transitioning period in to a new home and new life.
