Excellent. Asked for six strong movers to move a very heavy concrete table and they “delivered” and were able to move it. They were very careful with each of the other pieces they moved and took direction well. Extremely polite and personable.

They were fast, but items weren’t padded well despite the fact we had more blankets than they used. Interior shelves of two cabinets weren’t removed and knocked around inside the cabinets. The worst was how our front door was left dented and paint knocked off when they forced two sofas through without removing the feet. We ended up putting in more padding between the sides of the truck and items, and resecuring the last things loaded into our pod.

I hired three men for three hours and they were on time, hard workers and very respectful. Will hire them again when we are ready to move.

We just needed some help loading our trailer from a second story apartment. We already had the trailer and transported it ourself. They arrived in the window they said they would and got right to work. They had us packed in about an hour and did it in the rain! They were friendly and did a great job. I would use them again.

Showed up on time. The lead was good but helper needed some pushing.
Finished in 1 hour instead of the 3 hours I paid for but was due to to me loading all the boxes in front of the POD and had a load ready for each helper as they came back to the POD. It kind of drove the pace. Plus I gave each helper $20 extra ($40).
But overall, I would hire again but not for 3 hours.

The crew arrived on time and introduced themselves. Bobby was the leader of the crew from what I could tell. He was friendly and hardworking and took good care with our furniture and belongings. The whole crew took direction well though one member took time out for a few phone calls and was a bit eager to know about the tip I was giving to make sure it was "split evenly". I feel that those who work harder should be paid more. Either way, I would use them again but request that one crew member be replaced. Definitely a good value.

Very professional and easy to work with through the whole process. Didn't complain when the elevator broke down, which suddenly made the job a lot harder than it should have been. Came on time and finished the job in the agreed time, even with the elevator situation. I happily recommend them to others looking for moving labor help!
