They were very flexible regarding start time. I traveled from DFW area to the woodlands area. Obviously we couldn’t give an exact time of arrival. We kept in touch on the way. They were there waiting with the truck arrived. Fast efficient unload. But definitely recommend.

I've moved about 10 times over the years, so I've seen my share of good and bad. I'd give this company a grade of "C". The team arrived on time. Crew was polite and worked hard. They forgot their tools, so I had to unpack mine, not atypical in my experience. The crew lead and one team member seemed quite experienced and were good. However, other crew members seemed less experienced. For example, they wrapped some wood furniture in shrink wrap but not blankets. I provided tie-down straps and reminded the team 3 times that they were available, but they declined to use them stating that they weren't needed (for an interstate move!?). They scratched my wood floors in several places - a 12 inch gash in one instance. This was not my worst move experience. However, given my concerns about how well items are packed to survive a long-haul move, and the damage to my floor, I would probably pick another company if I could do it over.
