I've never used a moving company before until Holland Real Estate Services. The workers were very personable and worked efficiently. I've heard horror stories regarding movers but I must say these guys put my mind at ease, and I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Bobby & Leroy were great! They called in advance to let me know they were on their way, they arrived on time, and they worked continuously but with care. Mr Holland called a couple of days in advance to confirm everything, and he gave me a list of supplies I needed to have on hand. The job went smoothly and eithout any hiccups.

Leroy & Bobby were awesome. Moved furniture and boxes from 3rd floor apartment using stairs and loaded in a 6×12 trailer. Didn't think it would all fit, but they did it!!!!! Very professional and friendly!!! Will use Holland Real Estate services again if needed....

This was my second time using movers help. The first time I used movers help was one day before using this company. I had one company pack the truck up and when I got to Tx I had this company unload. The differences I notice, were. This company used there hands to move items around. I talked to, well I guess, "their boss" who happen to be standing and watching/talking while they moved boxes. I spoke with the "boss" and stated the guys could save there backs with some lifting straps for assistance. The first movers used the straps over their shoulders and moved the matress,dresser, and desk like it was a feather. These poor guys had there bare hands. The "boss" stated they were strong, I don't care how strong you are, it still not good on the back/hands. The movers also did not use the dolly much when moving the boxes and bins. The first movers I used, stacked boxes and bins up on the dolly. Instead of moving a box one by one they moved several at a time. When I noticed this one was going on, I immediately jumped on and started moving boxes since I was on a 2 hour window. I also had a desk that if needed to be could be taken apart and put back together. The first movers did not have to do this bc of the angle they picked the desk up with the shoulder straps. The "boss" approached me and said the desk would have to be taken apart and he would rather "I" do it so I would not be charged extra money. He tried to convince me several times to leave the desk in the hallway so that I could take it apart and move it in the room myself. I told him that I specially put in the instructions about the size of the desk and that it may have to be taken apart. I also stated to him that he should have not taken the assignment if he didn't think he could get the job done. All in all one of the young movers ran to the truck and grabbed his tools. After 20 mins and a lil of my help. The desk was taken apart and put back together in the room it was suppose to go into. The movers themselves were EXCELLENT.! I just hate that the "boss" did not want to invest in some better equipment/ 15 dollar straps to help these guys out when moving. The "boss" was more in the way and a chatter box while we were hustling moving boxes. He didn't pick one thing up or move a finger, he was more in the way and could have stayed in the car. Would I use this company again? Yes, but the "boss" needs to stay out the way and let these guys do their job.
