I really like the movers they were nice and showed up on time. However just got unloaded and so much stuff is scratched and damaged. I almost feel like why did I bring it to get 1,200 miles away just to throw stuff away. The packing wasn’t tight and my son in law said it was like they just threw things in. I really wanted to give them 5 stars but I’m out ALOT of money. UPAK was AMAZING!! Super efficient and communicative the whole time and so affordable. I highly recommend them against pods who was twice the price.

Second time using this company, I met the young man Eric almost two years ago, when a friend hired the company and I was the truck driver, the same Energy, dedication, and professionalism that I experienced then, is what the crew displayed when they showed up to pack me up, I truly Appreciate Everything that the crew helped assist with and how polite they were, so respectful, I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs Help!

They were an hour and a half late, but they came with an extra guy to make up for it. Zach and his guys did a great job offloading our 26 foot truck as well as assembling our furniture. In the end they finished very quickly and we would definitely recommend them!

Poor use of packing materials led to numerous broken, torn and open items when time to unpack. For example many items were dumped sideways or upside down into boxes so that contents were dumped (puzzles, jewelry box, etc.)
Unpacking after them was a terrible mess. I do not recommend. Quite expensive ($100/hr should be for someone with better packing experience).
I cancelled the return visit to unpack the PODS after seeing how they packed it originally.

We used Pack Dat movers for a Saturday unloading. Eric and Zach were fantastic! Arrived on time and did all the heavy lifting if you know what I mean. We will definitely be reaching out for their services when we are in need again. Highly Recommended!!!
