These guys were great! The original crew was to show at 10:00, but the truck had a breakdown. These guys arrived at 11:00 and worked hard! They were considerate and master packers.

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would! Showed up on time and ready to work. And work they did! I reserved a 4 man crew for 4 hours- unfortunately, one crew member was in an accident on the way to my house (he ended up being okay, thank goodness). Despite being down a man, they still finished in the 4 hours. If I ever move in the area again , I’m calling these folks!

They were scheduled to come between 10 and 11 a.m.
I never received a call stating that they were going to be late.
I called the office and they claimed that they were stuck in traffic.
I asked for them to contact me when they arrived. They did NOT do this.
by the time they showed up at 11:40 a.m. we had most of the unloading
done. They only worked for 1 hour, not 2 and I still had to pay for the 2 hours.
They broke the contract- not me. If they would have been on time then they would have worked the 2 hours. One of the men did not even have any hand truck or dolly- he stated they just use their own muscles.
I tried to get my invoice reduced to the 1 hour payment and they refused stating the only discount I can receive is 5% off the bill. What a joke.
