Those 2 guys worked their tails off! Had so much awkward heavy furniture to make down a tight corner and down stairs then across a parking lot and up a ramp into a uhaul. Got everything I told them I needed down in the time window they promised, never complained and never stopped working. I hope that their service pays them well because they deserve it!

I called this company almost a week before my appointment to verify that they had me on the schedule. We verified the time AND that I needed them to put my beds and table together. Throughout the week I received several emails verifying this information. Morning of, they came 2 hours after appointment time stayed for only 45 minutes AND did not put anything together as I requested. I was charged the total price and when asked to put my things together they told my brother that "I didn't request it".

In regards to the time ma’am our crew was in contact with you letting you know there was a delay and it was no where close to 2 hours ma’am. It only took our guys 45 minutes to complete your service request to which for the moving description there was not one and there was no assembly request on your service. We do assemble with no hesitation when it is pre-requested because it is a service that we offer. Our crew was not equipped with tools for assembly ma’am because it was not requested. Ms. Locke I will also like to note that there was in no way any form of communication through email requesting assembly service because I handle all emails myself personally. Also ma’am we do not refund for any unused time and require a 2 hr minimum on all orders. I am sorry that you feel you had to come and leave us a 1 star review because we did not assemble your furniture. Had you have been at the move personally or spoke with us over the phone when we showed and explained to your brother that you did not request the service or we would have been prepared, we would have been able to work out getting your beds assembled. We honestly did not know it was that important to you since you did not express that to us personally.
We do wish you and your family well and sorry again that you feel our service was not satisfactory.

Have no fear if you are considering choosing Anointed Movers -- it'll be one less thing to stress about. These gentlemen will impress you with their professionalism and integrity throughout their job. They provide easy communication, on-time arrival, efficiency, and most of all, respectful treatment of my furniture (even more so than I would myself tbh). I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and using them if I need to move again, albeit I imagine their services will go up in price by then as does all good services!
