I will not ever allow these ppl to move me again. 1 1/2 late did not finish the move. Do not bring any tools. Refrigerator doors was a issue, we had the tool but guy kept saying oh that’s not the right one. And kept trying to get out of finishing. Still have 25mins left. We took the doors off not even 5mins after they walked out. Very bad service. I spent more money after paying these *******s on full. And I’m 4 mths pregnant. Thanks a lot!

Mover's response:

We finished your job and we took extra time in disconnecting your water line to the refrigerator and even had to assist in disconnecting your water so the line from the fridge could be disconnected we got completely wet because you told us the water was shut off... and we warn you that handles had to be taken off of the refrigerator and you stated it came in with them after proving to you that they must be taken off you wanted us to wait...until that special tool was brought and we were well beyond our time...... you specifically told us no problem we could leave and you released the payment stating since that was the last item... you would get your fam. To get it on the truck . We ask several times are you sure.... and you said yes... I don't understand what happened ?? after that but we completed your service and went over time which we didn't charge you for...if you would have listened to our suggestion at the very beginning concerning the refrigerator the special tool could have been gotten earlier.. but you wanted to save the refrigerator for last and stated it came in the house with everything attached at the end you wanted us to wait a hr or so for tool without any compensation. It wouldn't been fair to our customers after you that booked weeks earlier. And you just the day before. Hope your moving experience is better in the future

They showed up three hours late. No fault of theirs. Nice guys. However upon arriving at my destination noticed they way they packaged the stuff, two computer desks broken and my dryer does not work anymore. Not satisfied with this

Sir a same day request... thus the arrival time and you already had outside help.. we didn't touch desk or dryer... sorry for your experience

They were SUPER great and have the best attitudes about the ridiculously long walk from the elevator to my apartment door that I didn't even know about when I booked the move since I hadn't seen the apartment yet! All of my items were treated with the utmost care and nothing was damaged. They worked super efficiently to get everything completed. Prior to moving day they were also super flexible and communicative and were able to come eight hours earlier than I bookedthe appt for after we made the uhaul drive in a day less than anticipated.

Fantastic movers ! Set up move 7 days out & received several calls and these are truly the BEST movers around hands down ! Busted there butts and still finished under 2 hours ... very blessed to have these guys do my unloading . Thanks again gentlemen.
