Derek and Victor were outstanding! They worked extremely hard, made sure that everything I asked them to do was completed to my level of satisfaction and Derek was extremely careful to make certain the truck was packed correctly and balanced according to weight. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The lead-up service was great, which is why I was surprised come moving day. They called me as soon as I made the reservation to discuss the details, get addresses, and nail down the specifics of arrival times.
On moving day, I did end up moving the time by an hour to accommodate issues with picking up the box truck (which they had requested to move arrival to that time the day before anyways). I ended up waiting an extra hour for someone to arrive, and when someone did arrive, it was a woman (about my size and height) and her 2 children (ages approx. 8 and 12).
My family and I ended up assisting this woman, as I was told her arrival signified the beginning of my 2 hour window of scheduled help, and my family ended up doing most of that work until a few men showed up 45 minutes into my 2 hours.
At the end of the time frame, I asked if they could help for a little longer due to the men being late to assist. I was told “You didn’t really think this was a 2-hour job”. At this point, we were at the unloading location, and over halfway done with unloading the truck... They “allowed” me an extra 20 minutes and finished the job.
Overall, everything got moved, nothing was broken, but I would not recommend this company.

In regards to your job service ma’am everything was completed within 2 hours with no problem. We do apologize that you had to wait a little bit at the beginning of the move for someone to arrive but your order was completed in 2hrs and that is very impressive seeing that you had a more unique moving request. Our team loaded you at two separate locations, and unloaded you into a 2 story home. Typically something like that would take around 3 -3 1/2 hours for 2 people. We wanted to make sure that we stayed within your request of 2 hours and not wanting to go over so we did have extra help for your service. We provided 4 men, 1 woman, and 2 teenage boys (one on the smaller side) to help get this done. So in all honesty ma’am we really did go above and beyond to handle your move seeing that you only were charged for 2 movers for 2 hours.
We wish your family well and hope you all continue to safe during these times. We apologize again that you were not satisfied.

Darrick was leader for this load and got to work immediately. He looked over needs for the 3 pods and was able to see the pattern and get everything taken care of. I really appreciated his friendly yet professional attitude and the kind way he treated his helper. Not only would I use them again, but a friend who was here asked me to get his contact info so he could recommend him to others.
