I had really high expectations for this whole process and from my experience I definitely won’t be using the service again. I set the appointment for 11-12 and when I spoke with them we confirmed for arrival time closer to 11. They didn’t show up until after noon. Everything was just about loaded when they kept repeating the timeframe that was paid for. We agreed on a set price and I ended up finishing the last few things myself. I felt really pressured to go ahead and pay them so they could leave because we were over the time. Even though he stated it would take longer I feel it was very rushed. I notated on my booking that we were located on the 3rd floor and also stated it when speaking to them. That seemed to be a big problem and it came across like HireHelper didn’t convey the correct pricing for it. We Opened the truck to unload and everything had shifted to where things started falling out the truck! We could have loaded ourselves if we wanted that to happen. It just wasn’t a good experience for me and my family.

You were made aware in advance that arrival would not be until 12:05p that day. Apologies for the late arrival. In regards to the 3 flights of stairs ma'am, you had in your description that you were on the 3rd floor but an elevator was available to use so you were not charged extra for the stairs on your order. ( We charge extra per flight of stairs after the first flight.) You were informed that using the stairs would be best to get everything loaded but it would take 3 1/2 - 4hrs and you would have to pay the fee per flight of stairs and you would be going over your pre booked time. You were informed that using the elevator would take just as much time and everything would not be able to get loaded because it was a passenger elevator and there was a far walk. It was agreed to use the elevator still because of cost so from the start of the job you were aware that all items were not going to be loaded. ( Our team did make sure that all heavy items were locked and loaded) We apologize that you felt the job was rushed but we were trying to work as fast and efficiently as possible to get as much as we could loaded in our agreed upon time frame. When our team reached that time ma'am work stopped. (We do stay over time to fully complete services but for a fee).
Again we do apologize for the unpleasant experience and wish you and your family well. Thank you again for choosing us your satisfaction was our upmost top priority.

Other than being 2 hours late, mainly due to rain and long travel time, the two person team was great; pleasant and willing to help. They came in and evaluated what needed to be moved and how best to fit it in the truck. Were able to load it to the max. Would hire them again

The movers were running behind schedule a little but made up for it by offering to additional movers at no extra charge! When they arrived, they worked hard and fast! They were communicating to me and each other and took care of my belongings. I was very pleased and it took a huge stress off of me! I would definitely use them again if I needed to and recommend them and their service to everyone in the area!

Anointed movers did an awesome job. I moved from Illinois to a Uhaul storage unit in Stafford. These guys were so professional as well as respectable. The organization is top. I would like to point out that they were very accomadating of my needs. My truck was orginally scheduled to arrive in Houston at 10:00 am but due to a no show in Illinois I was pushed backed. Also My driver had a few things that caused him to have a delay in leaving Illinois. I called anf changed my time many times and Mr. Derrick was gracious enough to keep allowing me to change times. We stayed in contact until he arrived. I will be using Anointed movers to move me out of storage into my house. Thanks again!!!
