Derek is amazing. Just to name a few reasons:
1. He was running a few minutes late, and called me twice to keep me updated.
2. As mentioned in other reviews, he is very conscientious about keeping the trailer balanced. We drove the trailer 400 miles at 70 MPH and there was zero wobble.
3. He had a great eye for what to pack where. He and his helper filled the trailer from floor to ceiling.
4. Zero damage in transit. We have all kinds of stuff, and it was all in perfect condition.
5. Incredibly fast. We were surprised and delighted at how quickly and productively he worked.
6. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

I scheduled a day of labor request for 2-3 p.m (unloading of a 2/3 filled 26 ft truck). I spoke with the owner and he acted as if they were doing me a favor when I simply booked according to noted availability. The owner promised updates, but I had to chase him down to get them. He ended up sending "family" to complete the job. He said he'd come assist but didn't show or contact me. Pricilla and her teenage son (very polite going man) began at 4:35 p.m. They weren't professional movers at all. It showed in their speed and skill but they worked hard. A friend and I had to assist to make the time and I'll still need to hire additional help to finish the job (which wouldn't have been necessary with professional laborers). My water heater was broken during their assist. I am very disappointed but I appreciated the help. I wouldn't book again. I paid for prosessionals but that's not what I was provided.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
