Did a great job loading a 16 foot Pod. Their knowledge on how to load the Pod made it possible for everything to fit. I had my doubts but was so happy for their efforts to make sure it all fit. They were hard working and very professional and respectful of our property. I received a call that they were on the way. On time and finished within the scheduled time. I would definitely use their services again.

Gabriel and Jerrell were great! They moved our belongings from the third floor with no elevator and a LOT of steps. They were polite, respectful, and worked very hard. We had a no-show mover on a Sunday afternoon and HireAHelper was lucky enough to find Honest Movers. They were there in about an hour to help! Who does that anymore?? We are so grateful and appreciative they came to our rescue!

The 2 man crew that helped us was great. Knocked out two large storage pods in 5 hours. They could have used an extra person, but the booking system wouldn't allow me to add an extra person.
Both movers were polite, showed up early and hard working. I would use them again.

A young kid was sent as one of the movers. He was 17, had on crocs and was not in any way prepared to move us, he was lazy and very, very slow.
Gabriel, the other mover that came out, was outstanding and he is definitely 5 stars! It was unfortunate that he did almost everything by himself and what he needed help with my husband helped. He apologized for the "kid's" lack of effort.
We had all the furniture disassembled and in 1 room ready to go. We hired movers for the heavy items. It took 3.5 hours to move everything and could have easily been done in a 2 hour window if both movers were willing to work, not just one. Any miscellaneous boxes and small items were already in the garage for fill in pieces for the pod.
Gabriel did do a great job and this review is not a reflection on him in any way. However, we will not use this company again as we feel like we paid a lot of money for the service to receive a young unprepared kid as one of the movers. We would hire Gabriel, individually to help us in a heartbeat, we just can't take the chance again on wasting money for a 2nd helper that doesn't work.

They did a great job! They were very efficient, friendly and didn’t waste anytime. The only suggestion I have is since they were deaf it Would’ve been helpful to know this ahead of time so we could’ve marked with a Post-it note everything that we needed moved before they got there. We ended up doing that after my husband walked through everything we needed moved and they started to move some thing that we didn’t need moved. I think this would be an easy suggestion for costumers to do ahead of time.

We received an email requesting an earlier service we called confirming 7AM would be fine. They showed up at 10:25 Am. No one was answering their phones. I finally got a text at 10 apologizing for being tardy. 4 people showed up. Two of them looked like high schoolers and were probably 100 pounds soaking wet. Needless to say they had trouble lifting heavy furniture not to mention they had no straps or dolly. One of the other movers smelled like pot. They were dropped off w no tools or water. Lots of complaining and whining from one of the movers about how he hated doing this. Jacob was very good and a hard worker. However when asked about moving the treadmill we were told it'll it was over 300 pounds they weren't able to do that for safety reasons. What??? Finally, the owner "Gabrielle" arrived to bring a dolly. He helped load the heavier pieces, but the floor was gouged so badly, my husband spent the next day replacing it as we had sold our home. Extremely frustrating and stressful experience. Our furniture is being stored for a couple of months. Time will tell what has been damaged while loading. Best part was no explanation for being late. No apology for gouging the floor. They took pictures. For what reason I don't know. No one will answer their phone now and explain the process for compensation as they also broke a lamp when loading the truck. Professional movers as you had told me when. Professional movers as you claim to be, should know to check underneath a piece to make sure there was no hardware. The armoire was in two pieces. You had already taken the bottom part up. It weighed 500 pounds with both pieces together ( we know this because it had been shipped from North Carolina years ago). You were moving half of the armoire. By the time the owner arrived (4 hours later) the pot smell had disappated (that was when the hand truck was delivered). The crew had to wait around for an hour for the owner to arruve..
We will discuss the matter with our Owner and will figure out this matter further.

The crew showed up 2.5 hours late. They were fast packing the 16ft container in under 2 hours . They broke a headboard.
